Thanks for looking. I’m an independent software developer, and I built StaffCurrent myself. I also run the service and handle support, so when you write in, you’re talking directly to me.
I built it after seeing how often these dates end up in a spreadsheet that’s easy to forget about and hard to keep up to date. When a credential expires and nobody notices, it can throw off someone’s workday. A reminder a few weeks ahead usually prevents that.
So that’s what I set out to build, something simple to understand and easy to rely on.
What StaffCurrent stores
StaffCurrent stores expiration dates, not the documents behind them. Your certificates, personnel files, health records, and client information stay with you. I built it that way so there’s less of your information sitting on my server in the first place. The privacy policy describes what is stored.
