StaffCurrent is operated by Brian Kennedy, a sole proprietor in Missouri, United States. This policy explains how StaffCurrent handles personal information.
Information we collect
StaffCurrent stores the information needed to provide the service, including:
- organization name, contact email address, and timezone
- names of people added by an organization
- credential types, expiration dates, optional issue dates, and optional reference numbers
- subscription and billing status
- information needed for sign-in, sessions, renewal links, and email delivery
If a spreadsheet row cannot be imported, its contents may be retained so the import problem can be reviewed. Uploaded spreadsheet files are not retained.
StaffCurrent does not provide document storage. Do not upload or enter certificates, personnel files, medical records, Social Security numbers, background-check reports, or client information.
How we use information
We use information only as needed to operate StaffCurrent, including managing credential dates, sending reminders and sign-in links, processing subscriptions, providing support, maintaining the service, and preventing or diagnosing problems.
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising, targeted advertising, or AI model training.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate StaffCurrent:
- DigitalOcean for hosting and backups
- Resend and Amazon SES for email delivery
- Stripe for payments and billing
- ImprovMX for support email
- Sentry for error monitoring
These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies
StaffCurrent uses cookies necessary for sign-in and account setup. We do not use advertising cookies, product analytics, fingerprinting, or session recording.
Retention
Organization data is kept until deletion is requested, including after a subscription ends.
Demo data is deleted after 24 hours.
Backups may retain deleted information for up to 30 days before they expire.
Your information
You can view and correct your organization’s information in StaffCurrent.
You may request a copy of your information or ask for it to be deleted by emailing support@staffcurrent.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
If your employer or another organization entered information about you, you may also contact us about that information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information StaffCurrent stores, including encryption in transit and at rest.

We may update this policy when our privacy practices change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
